I'm new to this site, and just looking fellow flippers in my area. I have 15yrs experience as a restoration contractor specializing in restoring properties damaged by fire, water/mold, smoke, storm, and/or storm.

I want to use my skills from day job, and apply to flip homes in my market. Any advise you guys might have would be great!
