It can often take 10-30mins to get a live person in the phone, however they do give you option of pressing a number on a keypad for a call back so that you are not on permahold, which works well.

Definitely makes it more difficult to break in here.For a turnkey property that's renovated and rented out, you'll be hard pressed to find something in your price range if you're set on Journal Square.

Or even worse it makes the press and people like Mellisa McGuire above are outraged and start to apply pressure for you to change your mind.
