Because if were going to be honest seems like the board wouldn't like wholesaling due to the fact it takes away from the revenue that could have ran through a brokerage so my thing is why not create a way to make it legal or someone point wholesalers in the right DIRECTION to make it LEGAL AS POSSIBLE instead of leave such gray areas and unanswered questions that we all have...

P&C insurance is regulated by the state, so this would vary, but generally speaking you're legally not allowed to or it at the least it falls under some gray areas.

Choosing to do something unique like live/work gets complicated because it inhabits very gray areas in zoning or code requirements, and when your team isn't experienced with the concept there's a lot of if/then (if we go strictly commercial we have to do xyz, if we go live/work do we have to designate how much area is work?
