Some jurisdictions have specific people (referees) or process in the complaint to calculate and affirm the interest due.If the loan was accelerated, as I mentioned before the accelerated interest may be different than that of the note rate.

Once inside I could barely see anything as she had no lights on or bulbs and the windows were covered with black sheets, what strick me immediately though was the washing machine in center of the living room with no drainage, water was just running out on the wooden floor, the place was hot and stinky, she had no furniture of note just clothe in the corner of every room, the bathroom sink was stained with purple dye which was the color of her hair.

Just had tenants move out and when I went to inspect the property, among other things, I could tell that a dog was locked in the back room because of the smell, dog hair, and scratches on the door.They said they have no pets and the lease does not allow pets.

Thanks Mike for your reply- Shower clog was definitely because of hair and nothing else- We explained many many times that water has leaked internally and did not overflow onto bathroom floor to living room.
