If it were in say Montgomery Village where it takes 30 days to sell I wouldnt care...but once you go over that 7 day mark in Rockville, I get a bit worried.I am considering a couple strategies to move the property.

Generally, unless you get that lot dirt cheap, you need to be in a great location to make an RS3 lot desirable (think Roscoe Village, Lincoln Square, Andersonville, Lakeview, etc).
