I never understood the marketing pitch of being surrounded by bikini clad women once you make it big in RE.If I pitched this idea to my wife when we were starting out in RE, I would still be an accountant filing taxes for other people.

If she doesn't pay, I would donate it to a women's shelter or another social organization that could help someone else ( and get tax deduction in the process).Good luck.

But maybe a nice bouquet of flowers if it's a women, for instance, or a gift card to a restaurant, like mentioned, or a box of nice chocolate and such.
