I own a few 5 bed houses in Prairie Village and Roeland Park (nice urban neighborhoods of KC) and considering Bridge and @Nathan Brooks team to manage them (and possibly buy more).  

Furthermore the property taxes recently re-introduced by the Italian governments pushed the owners to sell their unused properties.In my understanding, certain Americans loves living in authentic medieval villages on vacation.There are several famous medieval places already known to the foreign investors and tourists: Tuscany (San Gimignano, Volterra...), Cinque terre, Santo Stefano in Sextantio, Calascio...

The buyer wants to close in a different name and the Village of Dolton wants to be paid $200 so they can inspect the property and give us the final water reading (why these things have been brought now...I don't understand).

Anything inside the beltline is viable but anyone will tell you that near cameron village oberlin rd. area where you should look.

Hi Marielle,I am a local and have lived in Manchester NH I currently own a duplex in Salem NH its great and with current developments such as the Tuscan Village it is definitely making the southern new Hampshire area more desirable. 

Salem is really up-and-coming with the newly built "Tuscan Village" with tons of new apartment buildings, restaurants, and stores being added next to the already-built Rockingham Mall.

Note: Current house details - Private Village (private security / town hall / 2 parks / 2 beaches / boat ramp) - ~$3K taxes annually - 2 story with basement - 4/1 - detached 2 car garage - 9k sq ft lot - Grade A Schools k - 12 - Safe/quiet neighborhood - Close to big university (not interested in student rentals though)Note: Village is divided into 3 sections based on house/tax size.

I believe that the Tuscan Village development is the largest development project right now in NH and maybe north of Boston so it might be worth for you to research into it. 

I like clean bright walls and white always does that or off white and a few high quality pictures hung in a living room will help show your unit. a nice picture of Tuscan village or a picture of the french Riviera in the back round on the wall can help.

You have to way the pros and cons of some extra money vs the possibility of the screen door arm getting broken from constant movement, microwave walking if it is just a counter one, etc.I myself have a section 8 tenant with a small kitchen so never thought about putting one in.I do agree that tenant screening is important and dishwashers do seem to have a shorter appliance life in general.PS I do like the Edmondson village area near Wildwood Prkwy and west.
