Anyone I talk to whether they say it up from or they later reveal it to me, they have tremendous issues w/turnover, property damage, and cotenant conflict.  

It seems like there are more and more con artists out there who are really good at getting you to like them - but if you do a credit check, the nightmare reveals itself.So, basically, the only thing I think you should change is adding credit checks to your screening system.  

My last "winterized" home revealed a major water leak in the ceiling when I turned the water on.

X ordered two appraisals, both revealed the property was only worth 2/3 of Roofstock's valuation and list price.

Everyone in that show got an inspection and it didn't reveal the myriad of problems. 

American Greed Remington financial that was their model 10k non refundable in 25 years or so they funded exactly 12 loans I think it was revealed on the show..

Your first booking usually reveals many issues that would be hard to notice without living there yourself. 

Can we register under a DBA name and not reveal our legal name publicly.

I'm learning more and more each day and can't wait for an opportunity to reveal itself to me.
