@Rodney Turner - I'll piggy back on the wise words by my fellow investors and realtors in the area, @Charlie Cameron and @James Byrd, with the classic response of "It depends." lolIn general, Santa Rosa Beach (and most of 30A for that matter) just doesn't seem to produce as much for the price as you would see in Destin/Miramar Beach or PCB; however, that is a gross generalization.
