I can't imagine outsourcing this to a marketplace and having them control/own whether or not they choose to accept my deal.  

You might be able to get away with one maintenance person on call as opposed to a crew, and outsource to other contractors.

So I have the potential to purchase a property with 3 units on 5 acres, which includes a ton of fruit trees that are taken care of by outsourced farmers (small check to owner).
