I graduate from college on May 2nd this year with a degree in finance from Michigan Tech. 3 weeks later I started my first job as a program manager for an engineering company in the maritime industry. 3 weeks after that I closed on my first 4plex. 3 months in and loving every minute of it, even through the minor hiccups.

As far as what I can bring to the table; I am pretty handy and would be more than happy to help out alongside for minor repairs, cleaning up after tenants move out etc.

I thought I finally had it.In reviewing the IRS Robs Compliance Document it seems that I need to be in compliance with 401a  and to file the 5500 form.So it should still work   I'll look into the 401a for hiccups nextThanks guys

I loved how it turned out and we made a nice profit but it took longer than expected due to several hiccups along the road (contractor mistakes, not being on top of the project management as much as we should have been, unethical inspectors, etc.).
