I personally witnessed some of the neighbor's bad behavior prior to leasing the property but I attributed the behavior to the idea that the house was empty before I bought it and that he would respect the fact that someone was now living next door.

So the people that  genuinely need to get a tenant out have to wait ages and lose lots of money because of the volume of frivolous eviction suits brought by landlords who are really trying to get paid.Does that attitude work for the betterment of all, or are landlords by aggregate of their behavior actually shooting themselves in the foot.Here is an analogy for you.
