I love Tenant Cloud myself, although you will have to research based on your situation what will work best for you.

I'm in a similar situation as @Curt Smith and I'm also trying to find a good cloud based bookkeeping solution.I ruled out Buildium b/c I use a property management company that handles all of the tenant management, rent collection, etc part of my business.  

Umbrella policies are extremely inexpensive and very effective especially when the ambulance chaser attorney who doesn’t have the brains to get out of the rain threatens with a lawsuit.

But the main drawback is that it's all in the Cloud.

I don't know Apple Numbers at all but IF you can save files in a .xls format you can save them to Google Docs & use the build in Excel in Google Docs to view/edit/store your files in the cloud.

@Bob Floss II Thanks for the reply, as you can see by the thread of responses I have now learned that this is the case and I will need to move on from this one as title is too clouded to get through.

I really do believe software analytics will be the future of public safety- with all the technology occurring - facial recognition capabilities, analytics, ai and cloud capabilities, technology is getting smarter
