If you are using a good Realtor or PM, they should be able to connect you with contacts to do those types of fixes based on your calendar of bookings.

and when does it typically run if BP does not already have it on their Calendar? 

Keep in mind that if you invest in a syndication with the intent to receive those benefits, you will need to invest in the same calendar year that you received your gain.
