New investor in NW Iowa region

Hello, I am still the planning phase of my business plan  real estate investing from the Sioux City, Iowa region.  I have prior experience analyzing buy and hold commercial properties from a prior job.

I am most interested in the buy and hold strategy with single and multi-family homes to increase cash flow to start. Looking for some advice and insights about getting started in the NW Iowa area. Look forward to connecting.
