I'm a Canadian, so theres the whole other issue with taxes for me in Canada, I can not directly have income earned in a US LLC because it will be double taxed for me as a Canadian citizen,etc, ,,I really want to invest in the US as theres so much more opportunities,, just want to make sure I do it right the first time

I just started the Ultimate Beginner's Guide and I find that some terms are very much related to the United States.My question, is...is it possible for Canadian citizens to buy-and-hold properties in the states?

Moreover, Mexico has a huge population of US and Canadian retirees that Mexico that Costa Rica doesn't have. 

When you are in debt you are only one mishap away from being royally screwed.I've seen a lot of people lose everything because they borrowed and leveraged to the hilt hoping that their investments would pay off.
