The property could use some privacy, but I'm more concerned about the look of it.  

I highly recommend Google Domains, their prices are starting at $12 a year. you get privacy and other goodies all included.  

Most of the times you do need to sacrifice that convenience of having privacy and a place to yourself in order to get the cash flow numbers that you want.Another thing to note, generally (not always), multifamily (2-4 units) are not in the best areas because they're meant to be lower priced rentals for people, so just expect that when looking for it. 

They can be partially opened for some light, closed for privacy, are inexpensive, don't hold odors and the tenants like them.

Has anyone had a prospective tenant raise concerns about privacy and data sharing as it relates to tenant screening platforms.

This fall/winter we are adding side solid fencing to ours for privacy, a grill station, and a sitting patio outside the pool screening for enjoying sunsets over the lake.

Perhaps adding a privacy gate and security cameras to justify bumping up what you charge them?

The rent of the main house may decrease by $200-300/month since it has a shared wall with the JADU and has less privacy.
