Broom finish it up all you want with a broom.If it's been ground out already as you seem to indicate, just chisel down 1/2 inch, apply the patcher according to the directions, and run a broom over it in the correct direction.

So I explain to her I just had a GPS survey done, accurate down to the 1/4 inch, this is the line, their NEW landscaping is STILL over the line and I further don't appreciate the dumping of vacuum cleaner crap (with glass in it) or garden clippings on my property (which they were still dumping over the cliff).

In the crawl space, maybe right before the cables go through the outside wall, coil up a couple of feet of extra cable - this lets you do tricks later like cutting off the last inch of cable and installing a new connector.
