Attended a few seminars in the past and just finished a 3-day workshop today actually haha.

The rest being unheated storage, garage/workshop, loading dock (yep, that's right) and an open-on-the-end car port.

I attended one of those " Give me Thousands of Dollars and I'll tell you how to search the internet for cheap houses and investors" workshops, hoping to have an epiphany, and found myself leaving after 50 minutes of sales pitch.

I've been through their workshop but never follow through all the way , and that was my own fault.

You've been reading up on REI books, going to little workshops, but still not sure what to do next. 

He heads a workshop called Smart Start Real Estate Investing, which is aimed towards educating and getting beginners started.

Hello everyone, I recently attended a three day workshop for RE investing in which they were telling me quite a bit abiut real estate investing.

Has anyone gone to The Real Alliance workshop?  

Lately his guru workshops are under lots of scrutiny for the high admission costs and the lack of a "real" education and ROI for attending such classes.
