I'd like to not "find out the hard way" if one of these sites are not a good match for me.The ones I'm considering are Propstream, Property Radar, ListSource, and PropwireSomething to note, I am looking to return to doing some wholesale deals, using criteria such as absentee owner, out of state owner, tax delinquent, vacant, liens, and pre-foreclosure..

We do a pretty good deal of site selection with data behind it and use experian as a data source. 

Do a search for Background Checks on the Passive Pockets site.

I read on JP Morgan Chase's site that they could do the same, but I just haven't spoken to them yet to confirm.

Here's a few examples:Does the lender release for materials on site or do they have to be installed? 

Do I need to talk to a real estate lawyer for my own lease, or do I use a site like RocketLawyer?

Where is your site at? 

I'm having a hard time finding any estimating tools for this kind of a project, adding a story and multiple BR/1 BA, and wondered if there were any tools, sites or recommendations any of you have for this kind of a project. 

I dont think its a terrible idea to post to sites now that say updated photos coming soon.
