A few things come to mind here:- First off, thank you for volunteering to serve our country. 

I'd say close to half don't even ask me what updates I did to the property unless I volunteer the info. 

I've seen this happen because I work with folks in situations like this regularly on a volunteer basis and we hear about it all the time on the BP Money Podcast. 

The owner of a building is public record, but I don't think I would volunteer that information. 

I would also advise getting any kind of hands-on experience you can.....offer to help friends with their remodels, take the free classes at Home Depot, volunteer for Habitat, Etc....this is how you really make money in RE (IMO)

Of course I will continue to volunteer but as far as employment, I feel ready to just dive into real estate entrepreneurship.

I am a volunteer firefighter as well as i work at one of the largest hospitals in the area as an EEG tech (brain waves). 

We went over this many, many times and I wrote a letter explaining my work history working as a yoga instructor and volunteering my time to get my hours to get certified.  

Find a successful flipper and offer to volunteer 20 hours a week helping them in their business. 

Would be happy to volunteer as a designated member to do a property review.
