Does anyone have an effective system for 1) finding VAs, 2) training them, 3) monitoring their work, and 4) creating a system for them.

There are companies that train VAs for our business.

What about VAs?

I’ve noticed a lot of brokers using VAs these days.

We have had VAs for the past 10+ years performing the following functions:Schedule viewings with prospective tenant/buyersPost marketing ads (in Craigslist, Rentals.com, etc.)Coordinate property viewingsCoordinate property repairsGather seller leads from Craigslist and ZillowOrder direct mailing campaignsGather evictions leads from county court websitesYou get the idea.

7) use calendar scheduler and VAs to schedule your calls around your work8) when asked why you are not investing in the company sponsored 401k just say you are a government conspiracy folk… It will be easier to understand9) just nod and say yes!

They even use VAs to do this service.  

I know there are VAs who specialize out there.

I definitely can't afford an American answering service/ call center yetI have a couple numbers set up-- 1 for property management, tenant calls, potential tenants and another for lead generation, buying commercial properties, contractors, vendors etcOne thing that's driving me nuts and confusing me is I have both numbers routing to my iPhone and GV doesn't tell me which number it's calling from to take, nor if it's a non- RE call directly to my iPhone.Anyways I'm thinking of the following VoIPs which can also integrate into direct marketing, Virtual Assistants (VAs- for this I've been searching Upwork and see rates at $6-7 for english speakers), and in the future implement a CRM (I currently use Buildium for tenants and Excel/ PropertyRadar for acquisitions and leads).What are the best VoIP/ GV alternatives?

We have used VAs for many years successfully. 2 full timers who handled incoming and outgoing calls, emails, back office functions and anything we dont want to deal with...we trained them ourselves and very happy with them.
