Lots of push back and passive-aggressive remarks when I talk about what I want to pursue..

EHO, Insurability Code: IE, subject to appraisal"I understand the first sentence.. but the rest is foreign language...Also, the listing has "Please see agent remarks for offer submission instructions" but I couldnt find any on the listing...Please advise, 

@Elizabeth Schartman I completely agree with @Bill Brandt's remarks regarding the cost of repairs and maintenance and the mindset that you have to have as a landlord.

It's priced right and there is some room to build in a repair budget.My agent sent me the following broker remarks when he was taking a look at the property:*** AS-IS SELLER TO DO NO REPAIRS!

Often, agents will disclose "foundation needs work" or "tenant hasn't paid in 6 months" in the confidential realtor remarks that aren't necessarily disclosed in the public listing, and you can cross off those listings pretty quick if that's a problem you don't want to currently solve. 

I got some really rude and ugly remarks about my rental when I posted that it would soon be available but you are right. 

All but the first one apply to everyone.To be unclear is to be unkind. 

Not being nasty tired of smart remarks.
