We have the capital to get our first MFR and that's underway.

You would have been well under way with a loan had your taxes been filed correctly.

I think the combination of those two things might serve me well as I get underway with wholesaling, and eventually the other aspects of REI.I have lived in the Houston area all my life and have grown to really appreciate the culture and history that is part of our great city. 

Four months into my "60 day rehab" work is finally underway with a different GC who had to correct a lot of shoddy work and file the proper permits.
