Hey, I am new to REI and am undecided whether or not to take out a personal loan to quickly amass my down payment for my first property?

I'm torn between studying business and going into the real estate program right now (I'm still undecided), but I will take your advice and look into the CM degree.

As an out-of-stater who doesn't want to purchase in a super-rushed manner, it's time to wave the white flag in KC and move on, lol.With regards to Florida or Indy, I'm still a little undecided.

Anyway, I'm still undecided on that, and therefore plan to stick with LLC's until I vet that opinion more fully and come to a final conclusion (if possible - which when it comes to legal issues, absolute conclusiveness is rarely truly possible).Okay, back to before the tangent: We used to have the philosophy of having 1 LLC per every 5 properties.

Once we've remodeled, my husband would like to hold onto the property and rent it out (I'm undecided).So, what do you all think?

We have looked at both the positives and negatives to creating the multi-member LLC but are still undecided.

My deposit is $50,000.00, so i really am undecided and pretty nervous, not about this year or following, but the next five years to see where the numbers fall. i am not counting on appreciation because i fell we are very close to the top of the market. 

I want to thank everyone for their opinions in this discussion, it has given me a lot to think about, and I am still undecided.

As for my move - I'm still undecided.

However, after looking at the market and consulting with a realtor, we are now undecided as to whether or not we still want to rent or would rather just sell it.
