Everyone complains that there's no affordable housing anywhere, but that's just not true.

Hate to hear the guy claimed to be a Marine, whether it’s true or not, I have come to realization no matter the person you have to trust your gut about a person and this article only secures those feelings.

Some people may think it is those with below market rents but i question if this is true as these tenants will now get max allowed rent increases Would they have gotten such large rent increases in the absence of rent control.

In a more populated market, you will have more people sharing the same internet hub and it can affect your true speeds.

If these continual expenses are not made  you end up with slum properties renting for a minimum weekly rate to transients.In a higher rate era, this will reign more true.

This is especially true for investors in large Texas and Florida markets, with Austin, TX, perhaps being the worst positioned market for 2025 in the country.

Now the customer is paying a crew to sit there ( that can get expensive) .What @Bill Kramer says is true .
