As a hard money lender, I pride myself on transparency and building strong, trustworthy relationships with my clients.

We do place this information in our marketing so we're transparent on expectations but that way if 2 of the 3 can financially qualify on their own and have good credit, the third may be a bit of a risk but at least the other 2 are in good standing.

This helps to build trust and shows that I'm transparent about the process.- Highlight the Certainty and Convenience: I emphasize the certainty of closing with me versus the potential uncertainties of listing with a realtor.

Just make sure you're practicing transparency.

For transparency, I just signed up for BP today after hearing the podcast with Martel and do hope to clarify these points before making a final decision.

Both of you are first time posters here and your only posts are to try to promote your software, it is pretty transparent.  

IMHO they were difficult to work with and found a lack of transparency.
