A hot corner property with a drive-thru with adjacent huge traffic counts doesn't sit empty.

It has generated good traffic so far (mostly from Zillow I think, and a couple calls from CL).However,  today I got in touch with someone who found my house posted fraudulently on Point2homes.com, with a much lower rent and amazing features like Ocean Views and on and on.    

Nearly 90% of our Turo traffic is airport traffic and our utilization across multiple cars averages out to 70% annual utilization so a competitively priced Airbnb in close proximity seems like a good strategy to me.

How will the new highway interchange impact traffic patterns and therefore the accessibility and visibility of my property helping drive leasing efforts?  

You will want to know about any additional foot traffic because of the business.

Bandit signs are inexpensive and effective, if you're in a high traffic area.

There is also a local real estate section, not sure how much traffic for NJ.

The Sunday beach exit traffic is very bad and this is the most effective plan.
