I have a strict no pets policy on my 3BR fully furnished mid term rental because it is nicely furnished and decorated with soft furnishings, linens, etc, has a carpeted, finished basement, and a tiny but fully landscaped backyard.

I'm considering purchasing a plot of land in Burdett, NY and building multiple tiny homes on the property.

I have gotten some deals that had little tiny FSBO signs in the window, but normally if there's a sign in the yard then its not a deal.
