And yes Dan you know I am open to travel and network, that's a given :) so te idea of having some meetings to meetup at a rehab or at a completed rehab etc would be cool.

I'm not a legal expert, but I do not believe you would have much basis for a lawsuit either unless te original listing said explicitly that the seller was responsible for U and O.
