Most RE forum members will be even more tilted than 40% toward RE.Many experienced LPs would recommend diversification by asset class as well (debt, equity, SFR, MF, industrial, SS, MHP, medical office, NNN, hard money, litigation finance, life settlements, retail, GP stakes, receivables financing, dorper sheep, the list goes on).

Most courses I have seen are heavily tilted to apartment/MF syndication, with a few on SS, and land flip.

Im just assuming the conversation is going to go something like this: "didnt you just call me 2 weeks ago.....the answer is still the same, and now you can add me to you DNC list".....I hope im not confusing anyone...the answer seems obvious, but I dont get it when other wholesalers say "call the list back 5-6 times more".....i just tilt my head sideways and wonder"how..." in my head.....
