Kicking one out would have meant that they both would have left, and at the time I felt that just the thought of this would have kept me up at night...But after thinking to myself that I may eventually have to remove someone from the equation anyway, the very next property I viewed I decided to grow thicker skin.I ended up evicting a family that had no security deposit on record (because what is a tenant if you have no leverage over them?)

Lexan (not plexiglass which is too brittle) sheet over each reachable window and door Lexan is the same material used for bullet proof windows but for that use it has to be much thicker than what we need.

@John Vietmeyer We have them in our primary residence. (1 GSP and 2 labs) They are durable and resistant to scratches, we also picked the ones with a greywash to help hide any scratches from the dogs.I don't recall if ours is 6.3mm thick, but the original padding that was underneath made the flooring sound hollow, so we replaced it with a thicker pad and it solved the issue.

@Samantha KleinIf the cracks in the slab are only in the floor and not in the thicker portion forming the perimeter foundation, the cost to repair them should be similar to removing an old driveway and installing a new one.

I believe Coroplast is an brand name for that material. 4mm is fine, you could be wasting money if your get anything thicker...We only advise the use of bandit signs within the constraints of local ordinances & suggest that they never be "left out" but rather used over the course of a weekend, etc.

It's probably better to pay at least $0.89/sqft and get the thicker 10-12mm laminate which seems to hold up better to water.
