They're rated to heat down to certain temperatures so check what those are, but they are a great way to get heat and air.  

We lived in a 3 floor townhouse at one point that had one zone. it was like we were pretending to be Goldilocks with the temperature difference between floors.

Start out at room temperature and turn up the heat slowly, he's not going to notice.The worst mistake I made as a novice landlord was to think "Oh my tenants are great", I don't want to scare them away with yearly increases.

Finding a good investment in the current market will be a bigger challenge for you I suspect but maybe things will cool off a bit as the temperature drops.

Many Rug Doctor and Bissell type cleaners don't even heat the water or they heat it to lower temperatures.

@Marquez Robinson I certainly won't tell you what you should or shouldn't do since I don't know you but here is the advice I offered my brother in law when he was in a similar situation getting out of the Navy...Go to a trade school and learn a trade - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, welding, whatever floats your boat. 

I am thinking of situations where there is a bad tenant who changes locks without letting you know, changes garage door PINs, resets garage door openers, or adds deadbolt that is accessible from only inside the house.Also for situations when temperatures drop too low and you need to access the house to open a faucet and the tenant is not at home.I have added kwikset locks with the rekey feature and also with a second deadbolt that has another separate key.

Love to hear your experience here if you did end up going down this route, or any others who looked into it.What I will say is that guests greatly appreciate the ability to play their own music, turn lights and temperature on/off, and a variety of other custom features that I have built into the property for their convenience. I’ve also implemented custom signage to allow folks a short list of things that they can ask Alexa to do, which is critically important to clarify understanding and usage.
