The difference in the actual drawer tray size is dramatic, and you don't get cornerhooked by the frames on your plates or pots. the actual space in a 12 or 15" framed drawer is tiny. 

A tiny office space 200SF for lease is completely in the “commercial zone” without question.

I assume it’s one of those older, giant homes near Edgewater and Lakewood where the rooms are tiny. 

I am single, and really trying to piece together all the tiny things right now.

.), security cameras, track remote employees (they will steal the cash), cost to install pumps, license fees, hard equipment needed- registers, apps to run the register information, accounting, legal, cases for merchandise, shelves, door hardware, heater or HVAC depending on location...This is a tiny community there won't be a local plumber and electrician... add some cost for time to contact your team and travel will make any repairs more expensive.

You could also consider other alternative construction methods such as prefabricated buildings or tiny homes.Ultimately, the best option for you will depend on your financial situation, goals for the property, and level of risk you are comfortable with.

Forget the surround, what is a dehumidifier doing operating on top of the toilet:) Then they stuffed some tiny cabinet and tiled on top of it and put it directly in front of the already small space in front of the toilet?

Mine will be more of a planned community revolving around tiny houses, but would love to learn about the business model itself. 

You want a house that can comfortablyaccommodate the number of people who will be residing there. 4 people crammed into a 1,200 sq ft house with only 1 or 2 bathrooms and a tiny kitchen is miserable, but 4 people in a 2800+ sq ft house with 3 or 4 bathrooms and a large kitchen ain’t so bad.
