Most of my properties are in smaller communities and I have waiting lists for tenants who are typically Police and Teachers in the community. 

I hadn’t thought about it before until it was all over the news with the Oklahoma teacher walkout.

I will be looking to purchase property in Cincinnati, Ohio and am looking forward to overcoming the challenges of out of state investing.I am currently a full time teacher in Boise and have been teaching for 18 years. 

I am a teacher so the part time investing primary in my summers off is how I plan to get started.

We met a lady at one of the houses we were looking at, and she was so grateful that the current landlord/seller for giving her a chance b/c she used to be homeless and is now working at becoming a teacher, she actually got a loan and paid for a new roof, and to have the bathroom floor fixed-- both stuff completely shocked me!!! 

Doing the hard work is the teacher not Robert Kiyosaki.
