San Diego and the surrounding areas are VERY ADU friendly so there are properties with options to add one in the back that are really starting to pop there and could be an alternative option.Take it slow.

Nearby suburbs like Lakewood, Rocky River, and Fairview Park also offer solid investment potential with generally good stability and demand.For employers, Cleveland Clinic is a strong presence but hasn’t significantly gentrified the surrounding area.

Its basically a tax that is over an above your property taxes and is used to pay back the developer that built out the infrastructure and amenities of the community.
