The USDJPY is indeed very compelling with a lot of inflows which is supporting the metro areas.

Minor drawbacks, it needs a better phone support system, I use a VOIP.that connects with Zoho and could be better.

I had scraped and struggled along until then and I was just exhausted from the transient nature of the “gigs” I used to support myself up until that point .

I respect and support you and your decision.

You might be able to go this route if your lease says something to that effect.Without lease support, you can write them a letter informing them they are in violation of the terms of their lease due to the lack of proof of insurance.

I have also spoken to or messaged with at least 10 or 15 M1 members this week, I speak to them regularly, they are my network, support, and inspiration- colleagues and friends.

Nor will you get a Constable to go with you if you have not confronted the issues ahead of time......unless you encounter physical violence or a threat to your life, I highly doubt you will get any support in giving an eviction notice to a tenant.
