Detroit has a mix of affordability and strong rental demand, with properties under $200k that can cash flow if approached correctly.

Kissimmee remains a strong market due to its proximity to Disney and other attractions.

Look for a team with a strong track record in managing rentals like yours, especially in your target area.

If you want to buy  STR or MTR, i recommend buying next to hospitals there or near strong economic bases.

Second: cash-flow get's dwarfed by capex over time, so the only equally strong force you can set against capex is appreciation.

With your strong credit score, high income, and solid investment portfolio, you are in a great position to secure financing for an investment property in the U.S., and as they've mentioned above DSCR is something you might want to look at.
