In Raleigh, I have my investors focus near RTP as that is our economical hub and where the appreciation historically is highest (and easiest to rent).

I have only 3 doors now but I'm getting more soon.Some one mentioned REI Hub so I'm looking for some user reviews and other suggestions that you may have experience with.I downloaded the free 30 day trial of REI Hub but I think it will take more time to set up than the help it will provide.I started using REI Hub this year and it has been fantastic.

You've got conventions, state fair, chili fest, Southern Colorado hub,  and of course temporary work.

I now have three tenants and I lease part of one of the properties back to my business as a storage yard (so 4 streams of income).

They do real estate as their main job, and property management as a secondary stream of income. 

Hey @Connor Amato Both Buckeye & San Tan Valley are great up-and-coming cities/economic hubs.

Investors are focusing on properties near tech hubs and research centers.Future Outlook:Huntsville’s real estate market is expected to stay strong, with continued growth in home values and rental prices, supported by ongoing investments in infrastructure and technology. 

Why would an investor deliberately swim up stream?

More of a scam than anything.Just bcuz it’s exclusive doesn’t mean it won’t show in a list from pro stream or batch 😂 of course they are!

El Valle has been listed in well known wine hubs as a place to go and it’s just getting started.
