We’ve also experienced a worldwide pandemic in case any of you weren’t aware… The results of all of this has left me with some debt, and less than stellar credit which I am working hard to repair as I get back to work again, finally. 

I don’t know the rules in Florida about buyers backing out and getting their money back but maybe they’re very buyer friendly.I would probably offer $2500 and no more unless the property is a stellar deal.

You need to be on the same page now or your whole experience might be less than stellar.

With this in mind, I am thinking that the less-than-stellar cash on cash ROI might not be as important as long term benefits.And would a bigger down payment be advantageous or a detriment, since the lower monthly mortgage payment would come at the cost of tying up capital that could be invested elsewhere?
