It is where I started and was a staple for me to grasp all of the basics for getting started in real estate investing.I'm in Boston as well, and it's certainly not the easiest market to invest without a lot of money.

Early in the pandemic, if you remember back that far, toilet paper became a rarity on supermarket shelves as shoppers stockpiled essential staples amid curfews and lockdowns (attempting to stem the spread of COVID-19).

I've called up some of the big staples (BOA, Wells Fargo, some local credit unions) but keep running into a logjam of conflicting information.

I even went to Staples for a new calculator thinking maybe mine didnt work right lol.

Every time I slide a check into the ATM at my bank, I hear that voice from the little red button on the counter at Staples, "That was easy!"

I then emailed it to Staples and they printed it out, which is where the two of them met. 

In Orlando the investor with no money waiting sellers' time has been a long running staple of our market.
