How to get started in rental properties w/o a lot of money

1. Read all the books you can and listen to all the podcasts you can.
2. Put yourself on a budget and stick to it. I know extra work is hard to find in the current economic conditions (delivery drivers seem to be in demand though) and save any extra cash you can until you have that first down payment that you need.
3. Pull the trigger!
