I sprayed them down with some water and gently lifted them up, trying not to break them apart, and sealed them up in plastic bags.

I have picked up a few old signs that were no longer standing, I'll actually spray paint over the current writing and hand write on top of that, paint costs less than a sign and it's less wasteful.

Did you apply closed/open cell spray foam - or strap and use packed cellulose/hemp/fibre - the outer walls and underside of the roof deck (requiring an over roof) or did you maintain ventilation under the roof-deck and insulate over your ceiling?

Once all the drywall is gone the contractor would need to spray a biocide that will kill any remaining mold spores....they are very tiny so spray each stud and the wall behind it.

I prefer the brush on kit over the spray on kit, because the overspray is difficult to contain.Definitely use a respirator, and follow the instructions EXACTLY or it will not work properly.

I spray foam insulated the building with the first two units but the $750 building the tenant has stored too much in his basement so once there is turnover I will do that basement.
