Do some digging to see if there is something more at play or if he is just being difficult because he is a difficult person.

The bank could call the loan due, but this is typically not something that happens often.

Or does your financing terms require you to do something else (which is why we need to ask question #2).Maybe the original poster will respond as well but those are the 4 items I would tell you to uncover.  

I’d also look into using an FHA 203k renovation loan, allowing me to buy something unqualified for a standard mortgage, which would weed out a lot of competition and push the price lower.

They will look great having something off market and if it closes, then they manage it.

Are you just calling for the listing, or can you offer a free report for example 99 reasons why your home didn't sell or something like that.Don't forget to call the people who know love and trust you. 

With that being said, if there are any agents or investors located in Western NY willing to let me learn from them, or simply learn more about them, I am willing to work something out and/or possibly work for free.
