Meaning if there are 10 homes and 10 buyers, in any given criteria (Area, Price, Features), the best home go to the best/swiftest buyers and the worst go to the slowest, least efficient buyers.

Ok fair points, I’ll take what you are saying at face value that September is the slowest month and I don’t have any historical data to back up that it doesn’t produce enough revenue, but everything I’ve seen seemed pretty cheap and the properties looked very high end.
