@Drew Sygit Yeah I think what I'm going to do at first is what @Michael Paling recommends and try to manage myself in a multifam that I house hack so at least I'll be on site.

They will get deported and when they do, I guess young Americans will have to work in our factories, fields and housing job sites and give up the dream of being Youtubers while sponging  off their parents till her 38 years old. 

I'm a beginner as well, but have been reading this site enough to see the recommended (over and over) approach is to leverage your presumably un-tied-down youth to move every 2 years, each time using 3.5% down payments to buy multifamily buildings / house hacks. 

This site makes me believe that we should use a 1065 however since I am involved in the partnership.  

Would be nice if about us pages on these sites, were a little more detailed with photos of who is behind the company.

The point your missing is that I pickup a few bookings by bring on here that I likely wouldn't have gotten.You have to be on multiple sites!

There are sites out there like passive pockets as well as this site where you can find out a lot from people who have invested with that fund.
