If you can shave another 10% off you can refinance after a year.  

The companies that I've talked to are asking either ~$1300 to pump out any old oil (if there is any) and fill it with foam or ~$2500 to completely remove the tank.

In a competitive housing market it is much more more important to use a lender that can close the deal and close it on time instead of trying to shave off an eight of a point.

Hondros is fully on board with online classesI was enrolled there for the in-class classes in feb 2017, but they offered the online option midway so I finished them off online just a week ago and shaved 2 weeks off from what my last class would have been otherwise I liked the class interaction as many students are in the field already and bring their perspectives to the class experience as do the instructors!
