That interpretation may be the policy and what Senior management are directing, but being clearly specified in the code vs. a policy/interpretation can have two different ways of resolving it.

So as long as you have a back up plan  IE 500 to 1 mil in cash so you can pay off a senior loan if needed or refi if need this works fine.. 

Make sure your sale is the senior lien holder.

I did the civil engineering on a senior living facility that just opened up last year on Lake Granbury. 

Worst affordability since the 80s, no offense to the super seniors here that pretty much covers the crux of our gap assuming people are primarily investing in their W2 tenure(22-62). 

Is anyone familiar with this type of rental property or have any insight of the senior housing market?
