I wonder if it could be exhaust getting in through poorly sealed windows?

I hope someone here can offer some thoughts on this.One of our board members has received 8-10 sealed bids from companies to manage our hoa.

You can have the transcript sent to you and then send the sealed copy to the California DRE.

I would like to understand how to repair and seal them, so that I could do it myself, or at least keep a intelligent eye on the next contractor I hire.Does anyone know where I can find this info?

And typically, for the houses in the recent market, few of the members have come close to what they want or need, and did not sell.The bids in this method are NOT sealed.

Seems like a good deal, but again.......us newbies just need that little nudge to seal the deal lol

But I know, as a salesperson you don't start making money until you seal your first deal!
