Just passed the California test.. quick question

Hey guys/gals I just passed my california exam and im starting the process of the application for the license. I already did the livescan process with the fingerprints, but I was curious about my school transcripts. I already order them from my college, but do I mail the transcripts with my application or do I have the college foward it to the California DRE?
